  • Who can use Carespace?

    CareSpace provide supports to any person with a disability and approved funding in their NDIS Plan. 

  • How do I get NDIS funded support?

    Anyone who thinks they might be eligible for the NDIS, can download an Access Request Form (ARF), and a Supporting Evidence Form (SEF) from the NDIS website. You can also work with your GP, allied health, and specialist medical professionals to prepare and provide the information required.  


    Anyone who thinks they are eligible for the NDIS can phone 1800 800 110 and make a verbal access request, 

    • or download and complete the ARF on your computer and email it to the NDIA with supporting information, 
    • or download the ARF on your computer, print it out, and mail it to the NDIA with supporting information, 
    • or email NAT@ndis.gov.au and ask for an ARF to be mailed, 
    • or contact your local NDIA office and ask for an ARF to be mailed to you. 

    Local NDIA and Partners in the Community Staff can also help you apply. 

  • Where are you located?

    CareSpace is located at Focus 5 Building 

    Suite 1, 31  Gheringhap Street Geelong


    Our support workers assist participants all over Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula.


    Although we have an office in Geelong, our staff are often out supporting participants. Please contact us to make an appointment to come and visit us in the office. 

  • What hours do you provide services?

    CareSpace provides support 24 hours 7 days per week every day of the year upon staff availability. 

    Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.30pm-4.30pm.Closed Weekends

  • Do you work with Support Coordinators?

    At Carespace we understand how overwheling or confusing it may be to manage supports. Our friendly team enjoy working with support coordinators or recovery coaches to build the best care team around you. 

  • How do I know what I am paying?

  • What happens if I am not happy with the service I receive?

    If at any point in your journey you are unhappy with your services, we encourage you to voice your concerns.
